At the time of his passing, Jeff was surrounded by loved ones. Jeff was born October 5, 1970 in Paducah, Kentucky. He was the son of Gary Vinson and Suzanne (Taylor) Vinson. In addition to his father, Jeff is survived by: his daughter – Kayla Vinson of Vienna; his siblings – Jimmy (Heidi) Vinson of Goreville, Lori (Joe Henshaw) Vinson of Vienna, and Shane (Candi) Vinson of Cypress; his lifelong special friends – Michelle Halaska and Leah Kenney; as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Jeff was preceded in death by his mother; his maternal grandparents – Ralph and Gladys Taylor; his paternal grandparents – Everett and Halloween Vinson; and his best friends – Stevie Irvin and Katrina Pearson. In his free time, Jeff enjoyed spending quality time with his nephew, Garrett. He was a NASCAR enthusiast and was a big fan of # 24, Jeff Gordon. He also enjoyed riding his four wheeler and the hub. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday evening, March 26, 2024, at 7 P.M. at Bailey Funeral Home in Vienna. Pastor Jeff Van Cleve will officiate. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 5 P.M until the service time at 7 P.M. at the funeral home. A committal service will be conducted Wednesday morning, March 27, 2024, at 9:30 A.M. at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery, north of Vienna. Those attending are invited to meet at the funeral home at 9 A.M. to travel in procession to the cemetery. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association, P.O.
