BASIC PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
OF FUNERAL DIRECTOR & STAFF

Our fee for the services of funeral director & staff includes, but is not limited to: staff to respond to initial request for services; arrangement conference with family or responsible party; arrangements of funeral preparations and filing of necessary authorizations and permits; recording of vital statistics; preparation and placement of obituary notices; staff assistance prior to, during and following the funeral, including coordination with those providing other portions of the funeral (e.g. cemetery, crematory, and others). Also, included in this charge are overhead expenses relative to our facility, such as insurance, maintenance, and utility expenses; secretarial and administrative costs; equipment and inventory costs. This fee for our basic services & overhead will be added to the total cost of funeral arrangements you select. This fee is already included in our charges for direct cremation, immediate burials & forwarding and/or receiving
EMBALMING $625.00
Except in certain, special cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as visitation and/or a funeral with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial.
OTHER PREPARATION OF BODY $200.00
(cosmetology, restoration (if necessary), dressing & casketing.
Bathing & Disinfection of the body when there is no embalming $200.00
Special care of autopsied and/or

USE OF FACILITIES, EQUIPMENT, SUPPLIES & STAFF FOR VISITATION

Our services include set-up of visitation area, placement of encased remains, display of floral arrangements, supervision of and attendance during visitation. This charge is applicable to a visitation held either in our facility or an alternate location selected by the family.
Visitation immediately prior to funeral service (maximum 3 hours) $300.00
Private Family viewing (when no public visitation is held) maximum 2 hours $225.00
USE OF FACILITIES, EQUIPMENT, SUPPLIES & STAFF FOR FUNERAL CEREMONY

Our services include coordinating the funeral arrangements, supervision of and attendance at the funeral ceremony. this fee reflects a funeral service held either in our facility or an alternate location selected by the family.
